The role of recruitment firms in providing competent staff to organizations.
Abstract
This study set to establish the role played by recruitment firms in providing competent
employees.
Hiring the right individual has become more critical than ever, and with it an intense
focus on honest, prudent, responsible and hardworking individuals. It is because of this,
employers in need of employees with proven ability to meet their requirements are
turning to professional recruitment agencies for help.
Using a professional recruitment agency is an effective way to seek out and attract star talent
within and without competing organizations and the job market both locally and
internationalIy.
This project report proceeds as follows:
Chapter one covers the introductory part which incorporates background information, the
statement of the problem, purpose of the study, objectives, research questions,
hypotheses, significance of the study, limitations and the definition of terms.
Chapter two deals with literature review where an attempt has been made to consider
what other authors in this area have observed and highlighted.
Chapter three comprises the methodology used in this study and is divided into research
presentation and analyses techniques.
