dc.description.abstractThisstudy was aimed at establishing the extent to which Kenya Tea Development Agency has developed as a learning organization. Its purpose was to study the variables that contributed to learning, find out some of the immediate benefits of a learning organization and find out ways of enhancing learning. The key objectives of the study were:- To examine to what extent KTDAwas a learning organization? To Establish some of the immediate benefits realized as a result of being a learning organization. To find out some of the major hindrances/bottlenecks to the development of a learning organization. Attempt to outline possible solutions to factors hindering the development of a learning organization. To Determine ways and means of improving the effectiveness of a learning organization. The study focused on KTDAwhere questionnaires were administered to the selected sample population to assistin data collection.
