Knowledge management strategy, organizational competence and competitiveness in Kenya's commercial book publishing industry
Abstract
The study introduces organizational competence as a co-independent variable to knowledge management strategy in the knowledge-competence-competitiveness model. The research ascertains the nature and extent of the relationship between knowledge management strategy and organizational competence, and knowledge management strategy, organizational competence and competitiveness.
