dc.description.abstractA potent antimicrobial substance with a phosphorylated structure similar to adenine was isolated from S. incanum berries. The compound in its crystal form was effective against growth of Microsporum nanum, M. gypseum, M. canis, M. equinum, Keratinomyces ajelloi, M. distortum, T. tonsurans, Cryptococcus neoformans, Geotrichum candidum and Candida albicans.en_US
