dc.description.abstractThe objective of the study was to determine the perceived effect of human resource management practices on employee performance at Jeff Hamilton Kenya Limited. The study was supported by two theories: Resource Based View and Human Capital Theory. The study adopted descriptive research design in form of a survey. The study also used primary source of data by use of questionnaires developed in form of a five point Likert scale. Data was analysed by use of scientific package for social science (SPSS) and a regression model was used to determine the perceived effect of human resource management practices on employee performance at Jeff Hamilton Limited. The findings conclude that there is a positive strong correlation between human resource management practices and employee performance. The summary is made based on the findings of the study, conclusion and recommendations made as per the objectives and findings.en_US
