dc.description.abstractThe general objective of the study was to examine technological innovations and performance of micro and small enterprises in Nairobi County, Kenya. This study’s theoretical foundation was built on the resource based view theory of the firm, technology acceptance model and the diffusion of innovation theory. A descriptive cross-sectional survey design was used for the study. The study targeted MSEs that have been in operation for more than five years at the time of the study.
