Quality education is the gateway towards the wholesome development of a country and is an important element in assessing the level of development.1 Education builds human capital, which is an important tool for economic development. Countries that want to progress economically must give adequate attention to education. Development plans for education are a high priority.2 Education and development are intimately linked with each having the goal and purpose of enhancing human life. They both focus on the development of human potential by building their knowledge and skill system. The value in human life can only be achieved through education, whether formal or informal. It improves the quality of people's lives and stimulates economic growth. The educational system of a country, therefore, plays a significant role in determining the shape of the future at economic, social and cultural levels. Famed development is the educated and qualified coach who has the necessary knowledge for the knowledge economy toolsen_US
