dc.description.abstractA nineteen year old Kenyan male presented with a twelve month history of rapidly progressing painless swelling of both testicles. Pre-operative clinical and laboratory evaluation resulted in clinical suspicion of bilateral testicular tumour confirmed by ultrasonography. Bilateral inguinal orchidectomy was effected and histology confirmed bilateral primary malignant lymphoma of the testis in a nineteen year old regarded as a rare and unusual presentation.en
