implement and enhance organizational performance and strategic plans. It has been
determined that a number of factors can give any company, regardless of industry, the
competitive edge they need to perform at their best. Strategic Management Practices are a
significant factor that boosts performance. Aligning the organizational structure with the
business's current strategic initiatives is important. This study's objective was to evaluate
the effects of Glovo Company Limited's strategic management techniques on
organizational performance in a fast-paced, technological environment. This study set out
to ascertain how Glovo Company Limited's strategic management practices affected
performance. This was the area of study because an economic system's overall performance
is crucial for its expansion and advancement. To gather the data, the researcher used a
qualitative design. To gain a thorough understanding of the organization, a case study was
employed. To help the respondents get the information they needed quickly, an interview
guide was used. The primary method for gathering data involved conducting in-person
interviews with employees at various management levels. The study determined the
strategic management techniques used by Glovo Company Limited and their favorable
correlation with the organization's performance in the ideal setting. The organization has a
strategic plan that serves as their direction and is operationalized and institutionalized to
ensure flawless implementation. The organizational cultures and the guiding principles of
the organization have also improved the performance of the business. Mission and vision
must be enabling for the strategy to be successfully implemented. As a result of the study's
analysis, it was determined that implementing a strategy wasn't always easy and frequently
involved challenges. All members of the organization implemented the strategy. All
employees could understand it because it was broken down, simplified, and cascaded to
