The probit method of analysis is used to estimate binary response function of job mobility. To support the major findings of this study we suggest policy actions such as commensurate remuneration regimes, reorganization of education curriculum to emphasis on entrepreneurial and professional courses, female empowerment in education and finance and establishment of safety nets to cushion laid off workers . | en |
