Margaret - Kijabe Hill study area is situated 52 kilometres northwest of Nairobi, and consists for the greater part of the Kedong valley floor, being bordered to the east by the eastern wall of the Gregory rift valley. Its volcanic petrology and geological structures are described and a coloured geological map of scale 1:50,000 is presented.en
