dc.description.abstractThis was a descriptive cross-sectional study carried out at Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) to determine the quality of nursing care given to children aged 0-5 years admitted with acute treatable and preventable medical conditions. A total of 256 parents/guardians staying with the selected children, 78 nurses and4 nurse in- charges were recruited into the study.en
