This project is a comprehensive feasibility study of Computerization of information systemof company’s registry. Part one gives a detailed investigation findings about the current manual system and spells out it’s weaknesses or problems The investigation has been done through interviews with some readings on the relevant constitutional laws of Kenya. Part two tries to give possible alternative solutions to the problems faced in the current system as derived from the facts gathered in part one. Feasibility study is normally the most difficult part of any information system development, but most important as it is the best time the users can and must make their largest contribution . Generally an optimal solution cannot be developed without first getting a proper understanding of the problems of the organization in question and this is what the project intends to achieve .en
