dc.description.abstractThe study was set to determine the organization learning strategy in the East African Cables Limited. The objectives of the study were to establish the extent to which organization learning strategy has been adopted by the East African Cables Limited and the challenges in the implementation of the organization learning strategy in the same company. The study adopted case study design and primary data was collected using an interview guide. The data was analyzed using content analysis to establish the extent to which East African Cables Limited has adopted the organization learning strategy and the challenges in implementing the strategy. The study found that key aspects of organisation learning that have been adopted by East African Cables included storage of vital information, the information is passed from one generation to the other and all contracts in the organization are kept in data base for future use. The key challenges faced in implementing organization learning strategy by East African Cables were; psychological issues, resource management issues, cultural issues, strategy implementation issues and communication issues.en_US
