dc.description.abstract | The study examined the impact of leadership style on organizational performance in commercial Banks in Kenya. Census survey sampling technique was adopted and relevant primary data was gathered with the aid of a structured questionnaire administered on respondents. Pearson correlation was used to examine the relationship between leadership style dimensions and organizational performance. Findings showed positive and negative correlation between leadership style and organizational performance. It was also found that leadership style behaviors jointly predict organizational performance. The study concluded that six leadership styles behaviors should be employed by the Banks’ management in order to perform stronger in the competitive environment. | en_US |
