The conference will be between August 24th and 26th 2011 at the KICC, Nairobi.

- Notification of Abstract acceptance :within a week of submission
- Final Paper submission :31st May 2011
- Notification of paper acceptance: 30th June 2011 (with any requested changes)
- Final paper submission (with changes): 30th July 2011
- Final Author/Delegate Registration date: 30th July 2011
