dc.description.abstractThis paper describes the application of the instrument developed to measure engineering design knowledge gain as a result of a course. The goal for the development of the instrument was the need for an assessment instrument that will be a stable measure of the impact of pedagogic improvements and introduction of new supporting material in the classroom environment. Our ultimate goal is to prepare the environmental conditions and course material that are most conducive for our students in teaching engineering design courses. This paper documents the application process and the results.en_US
