dc.description.abstractThe effects of nagana on the thyroid, gonads, adrenal glands, pancreas and pituitary of goats are briefly reviewed. It is concluded that the changes arise from hypothalamic impairment, leading to panhypopituitarism. Mention is also made of studies of other trypanosome species, in animals and man.en_US
