Abstract
Looks into income related issues of economic growth and urban development; and how to deal with the rapid population growth in Kenya. Compares and contrasts ways and methods of either expanding the existing cities in the country of supporting the dynamics of minor urban centres in the rural areas. Concludes with the idea that controlled urbanization would solve some of the problems caused by the population explosion tragedy
