The central research question was: “What is the influence of career development on police performance? The general objective of study was to determine the influence of career development on police performance in Kenya. The study obtained data from both primary and secondary sources. It was guided by a conceptual framework. The study concluded that career development, comprehensive promotion policy and an objective reward system has an influence on police performance. | en_US |
