dc.description.abstractThe aim of the research was to document the extent of compliance with Basel II Banking Regulations by commercial banks in Kenya and to relate the extent of compliance with Basel II Banking Regulations in Commercial Banks in Kenya to the banks' characteristics A census survey research design was applied to carry out the study. The target population was 2 managers from each Commercial Bank and the data collected using semi structured survey questionnaires.
