The researcher recommendations to Parliamentary Service Commission leadership are namely; the inter-directorate teamwork should be enhancing to promote interdirectorate synergy. It is also evident that there is need to evaluate the policies, bureaucracies and procedures of other government's dep-artments and functions that co-work or facilitate Parliamentary Service Commission to enhance efficiency. There is need to enhance training and use other measures recommended by scholars among the staff and members to reduce the level of resistance to change. in addition, the study revealed that there is need for further studies on challenges facing strategic changes at Kenya National Assembly besides studies that concerns change management process at Kenya National Assembly.
