    Abstract
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade is tasked with international relations matters and formulation of foreign policy meant to promote peace, trade, diplomacy and international cooperation. The purpose of the study was to determine perceived influence of human relations on job satisfaction among employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. Ninety percent of the respondents indicated that human relations influence their job satisfaction. A higher concentration of them rated the influence moderately. The study concluded that the respondents were in agreement that to a moderate extent that human relations skills influence employees' job satisfaction at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. From the findings the study recommends that a similar study be done in the Ministry with changes in parameters or similar study be replicated in all the Government Ministries or state Corporations and other Semi -Autonomous Government agencies.
