dc.description.abstractThe study sought to investigate the relationship between employee training and development and job satisfaction in classified hotels in Nairobi. The population of interest in the study consisted of all employees in the hotels and restaurants out of the total 50 was selected using proportionate stratified random sampling procedure.A sample of 148 respondents was taken from the population. out of the 14 establishments selected, 12 responded. 105 respondents were interviewed reflecting 70.9 % response rate...................................................................................................
