Responses by AAR Credit Services Ltd to Changes in the Environment

Abstract

Liberalisation and globalisation of world economies have caused turbulence in the business environment.Hitherto protected organisations have found themselves in an unfamiliar trading environment.Their past operational inefficiency and markets are no longer protected.They are now under pressure to change and align their structures and management strategies to the changes in the environment. The study was to ascertain the responses by AAR Credit Services Ltd to changes in the environment.Its objective was to document the challenges caused by these changes and AAR Credit Services' response to them. Th e study was conducted by carrying out in -depth interviews with the Managing Director and also with the five staff of AAR Credit services Ltd. An interview' guide was used to facilitate the data collection process.The interview guide had open-ended questions.................................
