dc.description.abstract | This study sought to identify factors that influence credit flow to Small Scale Enterprises (SSE) from the point of view of SSE and commercial banks. The need for this study Arose from the fact that a lot of small businesses do not expand their business operations and now start-ups are limited due to lack of financial resources they need. There is lack of identified factors that could indicate accessibility of credit to SSE. Inorder to achieve the objectives of this study, primary data was collected from sample of SSE in the Eastlands of Nairobi and commercial banks with a sample size' of 30 each.
