dc.description.abstractThis study addressed the issue of Training and Police Public Relations. The main objective was to find out if Training of Police Officers has any influence to their Public Relations. Several methods of data collection were used. This included, questionnaires, indepth interviews with key informants, observation, and Review of documentary materials. This study found out that in-adequate training of Police Officers in Public Relations greatly influenced the current poor Police Public Relations. The study therefore recommended that Public Relations course be included in the Police training curriculum and be emphasized.en
