Job tracking system for a publishing company

Abstract

This document gives a report and a user manual on aJob Tracking System developed for a publishing company. The system re-engineers the processes involved in tracking and scheduling jobs or tasks for the publishing company. This facilitates an efficient and reliable system for keeping information on customers, illustrations, specialists, jobs or any other information necessary. The re-engineered processes will minimize inconsistencies, eliminate job delays and solve all other deficiencies of the current system.
