This project is a database system for the Kenya Association for the Welfare of Epileptics, a non-governmental organization providing healthcare services to over ten thousand epileptics in Kenya. An epileptic medical clinic requires to keep track of patients, their responses to drugs, drug's side effects and the disease progression. This is time consuming and very tedious. This project is a database system to enable Kenya Association for the Welfare of Epileptics, a non-governmental organization, to manage its patient records. Structured Systems Analysis and Design Methodology was used to analyze and design the system. A fully working system has been developed and is being used by the association.en
