Dr. Geoffrey Wango holds a Doctor of Ph
ilosophy (Ph.D) in Counselling from the
University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. He has worked as a teacher, Quality
Assurance and Standards Officer and in the Po
licy and Planning Section of the Ministry
of Education. He was also a Senior Lecturer
at Kenya Education
(KEMI). Dr. Wango has authored the following books:
School Administration and
Management: Quality Assurance and Standards
in Schools; Psychological Counselling
Counselling in the School: A Handbook for Teachers (co-author).
Wango is a lecturer at the Univ
ersity of Nairobi as well as a member of the board of
management of several educational institutions
Agnes Gatere has a Masters in Business Admi
nistration (MBA) and is currently pursuing
a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Busine
ss Administration. Agnes has worked as a
teacher and administrator in several schools.
She currently works in the Policy, Planning
and Research Division at the Teachers Servi
ce Commission (TSC). She has participated
