Dr. Geoffrey Wango holds a Doctor of Ph ilosophy (Ph.D) in Counselling from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. He has worked as a teacher, Quality Assurance and Standards Officer and in the Po licy and Planning Section of the Ministry of Education. He was also a Senior Lecturer at Kenya Education Management Institute (KEMI). Dr. Wango has authored the following books: School Administration and Management: Quality Assurance and Standards in Schools; Psychological Counselling in Kenya and Counselling in the School: A Handbook for Teachers (co-author). Dr. Wango is a lecturer at the Univ ersity of Nairobi as well as a member of the board of management of several educational institutions Agnes Gatere has a Masters in Business Admi nistration (MBA) and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Busine ss Administration. Agnes has worked as a teacher and administrator in several schools. She currently works in the Policy, Planning and Research Division at the Teachers Servi ce Commission (TSC). She has participated in several international and national conf erences on Policy, St rategic Planning and Research.en
