dc.description.abstractA high-frequency sum rule for all elements of the relativistic quasi-one-dimensional quantum plasma with spins atT=0 K are derived. It is found that the spin either enhances or reduces the frequency of oscillation, depending on the orientation of the spin to the external magnetic field.en
