The Development of Personnel and Industrial Relations in Kenya
Abstract
This thesis examine the development of personnel and industrial relations in Kenya since the country was introduced to international capitalism through British colonialism. As the external employment environment greatly influences the personnel policies adopted by the various employers, a historical analysis of the processes that have structured this external environment opens the discussion.
