Non-probability and probability sampling techniques were used and data collected was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively using Statistical Package for Social Sciences Version 17.0. Key findings of the study were that; the socio-economic factors; work station, job group/rank, age and level of education were found to have a major influence in the adoption of e-Government services while gender had a slight influence. Technological factor found to have a major influence was perceived usefulness while perceived satisfaction, perceived ease of use, perceived risks and computer and mobile phone had moderate influence. The level of awareness of e-Government services was found to have a major influence in the adoption of e-Government services. The researcher recommends that training for civil servants on basic lCTs, especially use of e-Government services, be enhanced. The Government of Kenya should sustainably promote the existing e-Government services among civil servants through aggressive awareness campaigns to improve take up of these services.en_US
