In normal circumstances of conflict, compromise, an d other means of arbitration, negotiation and so forth are useful and usually receive attention. The post elections period in Kenya which is now going to its second week, has carried with it what I would call acute conflicts- a situation where issues at stake are perceived by one or both partie s to be of extreme importance and on which compromise is normally not possible. This article attempts to highlight the many issues that make the Kenya’s post election conflicts serious. And they are fighting using any violent means that comes their wayen
