A good workplace is believed to produce higher quality products, support more innovation, have the ability to attract more talented people, and experience less resistance to change and lower turnover costs, all of which translate directly into a better bottom line. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between organizational learning and performance of Commercial Banks in Kenya. The study was guided by the following research question: What is the relationship between organizational learning and performance of Commercial Banks in Kenya? The research design of the study was based on a descriptive survey. The population of the study consisted of all the Commercial Banks in Kenya licensed with Central Bank of Kenya. The data was collected using self administered questionnaires by the researcher. Data analysis was based on frequency distributions, percentages, means and standard deviations. Data analysis tool used was the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results were presented using tables and figures. The major findings of the research were similar to earlier studies done on organizational learning and performance. The research identified that organizational learning is positively related to performance in the commercial banks. By way of recommendation, managers can enhance employees' organizational commitment at the organizational level as well as at the job and individual levels by providing coaching and mentoring and by job enrichment with more autonomy
