dc.description.abstractChange management is the use of systematic methods to ensure that an organization change can be guided in the planned direction, conducted in a cost effective manner and completed within the target time frame and with the desired results (Davis and Holland 2002). Perception is the process by which an individual selects, organizes and interprets stimuli in a meaningful and coherent picture of the world. Chapter one ofthe study highlights the background of the study, problem statement, significance of the study and the objective of the study which was to determine the factors influencing employee perception of change management at CURE Hospital. Chapter two of the study comprise of the literature review in regard to factors influencing perception of change management. Chapter three comprises of the research methodology, the research design for the study which was a census survey method and sixty employees of CURE were involved in the study. Primary data was collected using questionnaires. Chapter four comprises of the findings and interpretation of the study, the factors influencing perception included awareness of change. information provision, empowerment ,encouragement, outcome of change, attitude, experience, training, working conditions, work targets, salary and job security. Chapter five comprise of the summary, conclusion, recommendation, suggestions and the limitation of the study.en_US
