dc.description.abstractComputers have, in the last few decades, become increasingly integrated into our societies all around the world. Many businesses have recognized the benefit that the computers have to offer and are employing them in many aspects of their operations. Githongo and Company are 1n the field WI accountancy and this happens to be a field that has very many quantitive problems. The y have tasks such as processing of employee performance documents, which are error prone, boring and when done manually, have profound effect on the rest of the company’s departments. thus any deficiencies in the accounts will have a carry-on effect on the rest of the firm. This project is being carried out as a part of the post graduate diploma course and is an attempt to carry out systems analysis and decision operation in addressing the above problem for Githongo and company.en
