The appreciation of an interdependence between structure and function in nervous tissues has made the application of Histochemical pertinent in the study. The study of sipuniculide , siphonosoma australe and S Cumanense have provided fresh materials in this investigation . These spuniculide have been collected from oyster bay, Banda and mbegani beaches throught the year.Their central nervous system consist of mainly circumoesophageal commissures and the ventral nerve cord.In the brain the cell bodies of the neurones are assembled peripherally and this cortical region of gang lion surrounds the central neuropile complex containing axons and their branching processes................en
