It used primary data collected through an interview guide. The data colected from the interview guide was then analyzed using content analysis. The study found that CFC Stanbic bank has fully embraced talent management practices and each of the practices had an excellent foothold with the exception of perfomance management which was seen to be subjective and required to be strengthened to boost employee confidence and achieve desired results. In conclusion, the study has found out that CFC Stanbic bank has embraced talent management practices in their operations. There are clear policies on most of the practices studied with the exception of perfomance management.
