dc.description.abstract | This presentation is prepared for a great occasion. Like most academics over fifty years
of age, I have made several notable presentations, including those inaugurating specific
epochs. But to me the present one is a kin only to one other: The Elizabeth Haub
Lecture inaugurating award to me in September 1985, (the Award was for 1984), and
which has been confenecl on a number environmental law experts who are attending this
4th Environmental Law Congress. My reaction on receiving the news of the honour were
practically similar. | en_US |
