dc.description	This study concerns loan commitments by the I.C.D.C, to small industrial projects in the period 1961-1975. It analyses the distribution of these loans by region, by product and over time. Other features of these loans are discussed and the concluding section discusses some reasons explaining the distribution of these commitments.
