dc.description.abstract	J.M Hyslop was an educationalist in East Africa. His greatest work as an educationalist was converting the Nairobi Technical College into a University College known as the Royal College of Nairobi. The College was established in 1960 and he became the first Principal of the Royal College of Nairobi.	en
