Abstract
The first part of this volume deals with the physical geography and contains chapters on: location and historical background, geology, relief and drainage, climate, plant and animal geography, and ecological regions. The second part deals with human geography and contains chapters on: population, agriculture; forestry, fisheries and mineral resources; infrastructure, industry, tourism, and trade and markets.
