The study set out to identify what benefits or losses the Kenyan agricultural sector had accrued as a result of implementing the WTO's Agreement on Agriculture. The study entailed the collection of primary data through administering of questions that were formulated following the operationalization of independent and dependent variables of the study. Secondary data was collected through consultation of relevant books, journals, websites, magazines as well as newspapers. The targeted population consisted of a number of officials from the Ministry of Trade as well as the Ministry of Agriculture. Interviews were conducted in order to obtain pertinent primary data. The data obtained illustrated that implementation of the WTO's Agreement on Agriculture was more detrimental to the Kenyan agricultural sector and various provisions of the agreement need to be revised in order for a developing country such as Kenya to play an equal role as a signatory to the WTO's Agreement on Agricultureen_US
