From a population of three hundred and thirty seven (337) employees, the researcher collected data from one hundred and twenty (120) respondents; among them were seven (7) key managers. Most of the respondents at KenolKobil had no knowledge on HIV/AIDS policy and they do not support the policy. Most of them are aware of their HIVIAIDS status and HIVIAIDS status of other employees. The level of implementation of the policy at KenolKobil was seen as low, therefore there was need for the company to enlighten employees on the importance of the policy.en_US
