dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this study included identifying lean practices employed in manufacturing process, establishing the extent of adoption of lean manufacturing practices and operational performance for which Unga Group Limited was taken as the case for study. The main objectives were; to determine the effects of lean manufacturing practices on the operational performance of Unga Group Ltd, to document the extent to which lean manufacturing practices have been adopted at Unga Group Ltd and to find out the challenges faced by Unga Group Ltd in their quest of implementing lean manufacturing practices.
