dc.description.abstract | As the world’s financial markets become increasingly integrated and globalizes, the demand for new types of investments continues to grow. Ability to innovate and the effects of innovation become the major element results in the existential threat to deposit taking Micro Finance institutions. Whole-life support for complex products requires coordinated approach. Existing shortcomings of the design-change management process currently operated within key action in the Microfinance banking industry. The role that information technology must play in achieving greater efficiency and productivity is developed. Organizations have to be alert to match the current configured status of need for new or modified products as customers become more sophisticated.
