dc.description.abstractTeenagers are very important to any society’s future. Teenagers are the future of a community, country, continent and the world at large. How we handle the issues of teenagers now determines the future of the generation. Teenage pregnancy worldwide represents a challenge that has far reaching negative economic, social, cultural and health outcomes. It is therefore worth noting the importance placed on teenage pregnancy. This study intends to contribute on knowledge about determinants of teenage pregnancy in Narok County using the 2014 Kenya Demographic Health Survey data. The focus of the study is Narok County in which highest numbers of teenage pregnancy and childbearing in Kenya are currently reported. Logit regression analysis will be conducted to investigate the determinants of teenage pregnancy in Narok County.en_US
