The study sought to establish the effect of financial rewards on job satisfaction and job performance of employees at Huduma Centres in Kenya. It was guided by four objectives: to determine the effects of financial rewards on employee job satisfaction; to determine the effects of employee job satisfaction on job performance; to determine the effects of financial rewards on employee job performance, and; to establish the relationship between financial rewards, job satisfaction and job performance. The study design was cross sectional survey as both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The study involved 80 respondents. The variables of the study were tested using Pearson‟s Correlation Co-Efficient method. The findings of the study showed that there was positive significant relationship between financial rewards and job satisfaction and performance
