dc.description.abstract | The primary concern for this study was to investigate the administrative problems which manifested in the operation of private primary schools in Thika Municipality. The study identified the administrative problems which private primary school administrators faced in the course of their daily duties in their institutions. It was important also to find out the extent to which those constraints hindered the administrators in carrying out their roles.
